This pneumatic tensioner is designed for tensioning polyester textile or a composite strap with the width 13 - 32 mm. It can be applied in operating units with higher strapping capacities. The tensioning force is adjusted using regulated compressed air pressure. Some of the advantages of this equipment are the high tensioning force, easy service, low weight and option of the exact setting of the tensioning force up to 3500 N. The operating air pressure is 5 - 7 bar.
